Matcha Protein Latte
INGREDIENTS
•1/2-1 cup organic full fat milk or milk of choice (I use about 3/4 cup or more)
•1/2-1 scoop grass-fed vanilla whey powder (I use 3/4) OR unpasteurized honey to taste + collagen powder)
•1-2 teaspoons matcha powder (I use 1 teaspoon, slightly heaping)
•1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
•Dash of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Add the milk into a cup of choice (I use a larger jar/cup for a cold version and a smaller for warm).
Add in the whey, matcha, salt, and collagen if using.
Blend with an electric frother/blender until smooth (you can also add all the ingredients to bullet blender cup and blend till smooth).
Top with room temp/cold filtered water and ice for a cold version or hot water for a warm version.
Breath, calm yourself and enjoy!
TIP: if you do not have an electric frother you can also use a shaker bottle ball and place the liquid then the powder ingredients in a jar/bottle, put the lid on tight and shake until blended (I use a shaker bottle ball + my 750 ml mason jar with lid).
