Hi, I’m Corin Ames, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) and Health & Wellness Coach offering virtual coaching for women seeking balanced, sustainable health through every stage of life.
My work is rooted in women’s hormonal health, supporting clients through cycle syncing, fertility preparation, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. By aligning nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care with the body’s natural rhythms and hormonal shifts, I help women improve energy, regulate hormones, support fertility, and create long-term wellbeing that feels nourishing rather than restrictive.
I earned my CNP designation with First Class Honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where I trained in holistic nutrition, hormone health, and whole-body wellness. My approach integrates hormone-supportive nutrition, intuitive eating, nervous system regulation, movement therapy, and lifestyle coaching to support the endocrine system, metabolism, and mental well-being.

My practice is non-diet and eating-disorder–informed, creating a safe and supportive space for women with a history of disordered eating, chronic dieting, or body distrust — especially during hormonally sensitive seasons such as fertility journeys, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and postpartum.
After recovering from my own 15-year experience with disordered eating, I witnessed firsthand how restriction, stress, and disconnecting from the body can deeply impact hormones, fertility, and overall health. My journey has also included pregnancy loss and the process of physical, emotional, and hormonal repair that followed, as well as moving through a healthy, successful pregnancy and into motherhood.
True healing began when I learned how to nourish consistently, regulate my nervous system, and honor my body’s natural rhythms rather than fight them. Today, as both a practitioner and a mother, I bring not only professional training but also deeply lived experience into my work — offering informed, compassionate support to women navigating fertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and long-term wellness.
As a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, my passion is helping women feel educated, supported, and confident in their bodies — through every season of life — while building health that is sustainable, respectful, and deeply rooted in self-trust.
